More Motivation

Today Laura and I had the second day of the workout from the previous post. We were incredibly sore from the day before. Today we are also adding on some running. Since this is our first week of running we will be running 1 minute and walking 90 seconds. Repeating that eight times. For the motivation today I am adding 3 pictures.

1) My dream running shoes. I hope I can get them by Christmas.



2) A reminder for good posture while running so it doesnt hurt and give me an excuse to stop.




3) My goal. Plain and simple
