
Im going to try and stick with this for a week.
First day my friend Laura is doing this with me.
We are doing it first thing when we wake up so our body doesnt realize we are doing it.
Repeat 2x right when you wake up in the morning :)
50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank
7 burbees.
Total body.
