I slacked a little yesterday and ended up with about 1100 calories under my belt. Im okay with that. Im just kinda disappointing that I didn't stick with my goals.
but on a brighter note...
I woke up this morning at 8:30AM and decided to take a walk to the nearest Fina because I wanted to try out my new Ipod and I wanted to try the new Diet Snapple. Well my new Ipod comes equip with an awesome Pedometer. And according to the Pedometer I walked about 2,500 steps and burned 130 calories in my walk. I do believe that is quite an achievement.
Just finished breakfast. I want another piece of toast. It tasted SO Yummy. :D So I guess in total I ate about 310 calories this morning.
I ended up not doing the Jillian Michaels thing last night just because I was so tired. But I'm am going to do it tonight. I am still Determined but lacking motivation.
