A Much Needed Change

I don't know if I mentioned this yesterday but I have lost 6 pounds. I realize that I slacked on the writing. And i slacked on the Jillian. But I am just getting into this. This week I'm trying the Acai Berry Cleanse along with healthy eating and a 30 Minute walk every morning. Now what I want to add to that is some new recipes. I would love to try a new recipe every day for one week. The recipes are going to be from Trim and Terrific Diabetic Cooking. It is my mothers, and considering that she is diabetic I thought that I could cook healthy for everyone. :D I have already found this great Blueberry Bread recipe that looks Delicious!
