From this point forward I will measure and weigh myself every week to see my progress. But I will blog everyday about what I'm doing to achieve my goals. :D

This is technically the third day that I have been on my diet. Until; now I have been following my progress on www.MyTrainerBob.com. Let me tell you that that website has been a huge help. But i realize now there there is only so much I can do on that website for motivation. So i decided to start this blog. :D Here I will try and keep track of what I eat. How I work out. And the emotional roller coaster along the way.

So Lets get started.

Breakfast:

2 Bags of Raisin Date and Walnut = 280 Calories
1 Jimmy Dean Sausage Slice = 75 Calories

Snack:

8 Club Crackers = 140 Calories

Lunch:

1 Hot dog with Bun and a smidgen of Ketchup = 250 Calories

Dinner: I had my Left over Spaghetti Chicken Mac and Cheese as a treat. Not so healthy. But I am going to be staying below my 900 Calorie intake and that's what matters. :D 300 Calories

Exercise:

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Review of Exercise Day 1: Lets just say that after this I HAD to go take a shower. Its only 20 minutes long but Jillian makes every second count. I didn't think I had gotten that out of shape. i remember when i used to eat cycles like that in high school. It is great for Beginners, Intermediate, or even Expert. But remember you are your own trainer. So you are the one controlling how hard you are going. I plan on staying on beginning for at least a week because at this moment in time my chest is in excruciating pain. So I'm going to get my body acclimated again to doing this type of physical work.

Over All: I do believe that this was a successful workout. I feel really refreshed and pumped to keep this blog up.Burned up 200 Calories
