Or at least trying to get my foot in the stur-up. So obviously I havent bee posting anything. thats because I fell back into my old habits. Well now I am trying it again. But I am not over loading myself. Im starting with easy goals. Three a week to be exact. This weeks goal:
1) Wake up at 7:30AM
2) Dont mindlessly eat
3) No smoking
So far today I have been succesful and I feel it in my bones that I will accomplish these.
Sorry about the short blog. Its all I have time for today. Just wanted to document my efforts. :D
